We recommend flying into Florence (FLR) as this is closest to the venue and local hotels.
Villa La Selva is located ~1hr drive from Florence Airport or 1.5hrs by train & taxi.
We will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue each day within a ~20 minute radius.
We recommend renting a car for your stay in Tuscany; it's cheap to rent a car and for the most part, there is not much public transportation linking you to the various sites and cities.
Taxi services are available in the area and we will also hold a shuttle service to and from Villa La Selva each day within a ~20 minute radius.

Alternatively you can take the train from Firenze S. M. Novella station to Siena or Arezzo. It is ~30mins on the express train (~$18/£14 person) or ~1 hour on the non express for about $10/£8 person.
From Siena or Arezzo train station to Villa La Selva is a ~30 minute drive via taxi.
Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport is connected to from London (Including BA and Ryanair).
It's a ~1hr 20min drive from Villa La Selva. Literally never heard of this place before so be sure to pre-book transfers.
Pisa Airport to Villa La Selva is a 1hr 45 min drive if you decide to rent a car out of Pisa Airport or book a taxi.

Alternatively you can take the train from Pisa Aeroporto to Siena or Arezzo. It will take 2 changes or transfers (1 Transfer in Pisa Centrale and 1 transfer in Florence). The total time of travel is 2.5 - 3 hours and will be about 20€/per person.

First from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): take the train from the airport (Fiumicino Aeroporto) to Roma Termini Station (~30 min and $9/per person. You can also take a taxi from the airport to the main train station Roma Termini Station.
From Roma Termini Station, connect to your next train to Siena or Arezzo (~2.5 hours and $15- $18/per person).
